For sample production, expect 7-10 business days. Full production typically takes 2-3 weeks depending on complexity and finishes. Add about 5-7 business days for shipping to most US locations. Rush options are available for time-sensitive launches — just ask us about expedited timelines.
Can you match my Pantone color and brand guidelines?
Absolutely. We print using Pantone-matching systems to ensure color accuracy across every box. Just share your brand guidelines, Pantone codes, or a physical sample, and we'll nail it. We also provide digital proofs and physical samples for sign-off before full production.
Do you offer design help if I only have a logo and an idea?

How does the sample/prototype process work?
After you approve the quote and dielines, we can produce a physical sample for a refundable deposit. This sample lets you check structure, material feel, and Pantone colors in person before committing to full production. If specs don't change, the deposit applies to your order.
What information do I need to get a quote?
To provide an accurate quote, we'll need: approximate box dimensions, quantity range, desired finishes (foil, emboss, lamination, etc.), any insert requirements, and your target timeline. Don't worry if you're not sure about everything — we're happy to guide you through the options.
